Nepal has announced the preliminary squad for the upcoming ICC U-19 World Cup Qualifier - Asia 2017, Singapore, scheduled to kick off in mid-July.
The Selection Committee led by Venkatapathi Raju (Chief Development Officer, ICC-Asia), Jagat Tamatta (Head Coach of Nepal) & Binod Kumar Das (Coach of Nepal U19 Cricket Team) selected the preliminary 40-member squad for upcoming ICC World Cup Qualifier.
Selection was based on last year talent hunt and super league matches, various national and other games, according to the Selection Committee.
THE PRELIMINARY PLAYERS:

The players will be in the camp from June 12, 2017 in Kathmandu, according to the Selection Committee.
Among the four teams - Nepal, Singapore, Afghanistan and Malaysia – the top team will make it to the ICC U-19 World Cup scheduled to be held in New Zealand from January 13 to February 3, 2018.
